During my career as a journalist, radio producer, television presenter, and long-distance cycling traveller, I have had the privilege of meeting remarkable individuals from every corner of the world. Among them, Kostas Aberiadis stands out as someone whose work is driven not only by exceptional knowledge and expertise but also by deep humanity, integrity, and an unwavering commitment to nature.

As the Founder of the Human–Horse Harmony Method and a Natural Horsemanship Instructor & Equine Behaviour Specialist, Kostas has devoted his life to creating a unique bridge between humans, horses, and the natural world. His philosophy is built on trust, empathy, patience, and mutual respect, demonstrating that genuine communication with horses can never be achieved through force, but only through understanding.

Over many years I have produced television and radio documentaries featuring Kostas and his work. I have personally witnessed his extraordinary commitment to rescuing horses from slaughterhouses, neglect, and abuse. Through remarkable patience and expertise, he has rehabilitated many of these animals, transforming them into therapy horses that have brought confidence, emotional healing, and genuine happiness to children with special needs and their families.

This is not simply the work of a skilled horseman. It is the result of decades of observation, research, continuous education, practical experience, and complete dedication. Kostas possesses an exceptional understanding of equine behaviour, while always placing the welfare, dignity, and emotional wellbeing of the horse above every other consideration.

Having travelled extensively through nature for more than twenty years as a cycling explorer and experiential journalist, I have met thousands of people and documented countless inspiring initiatives. Experience has taught me to recognise authenticity, and I can confidently say that Kostas Aberiadis belongs among those rare individuals whose actions consistently reflect their values.

What makes his work truly exceptional is that it extends far beyond horses. Through his educational programmes, he encourages people to rediscover their connection with nature, to communicate with it, to respect it, and ultimately to understand that the wellbeing of humanity is inseparable from the wellbeing of the natural world.

At a time when environmental awareness, compassion, and responsible leadership are more important than ever, Kostas offers an inspiring example of how knowledge can become action and how respect for animals can become respect for life itself.

For anyone wishing to experience the authentic relationship between humans and horses, the journey begins long before riding. It begins with learning to approach a horse with humility, patience, confidence, and respect. Even walking quietly beside a horse while holding its reins becomes an unforgettable lesson in trust, communication, and self-awareness.

Horse riding is indeed a magical experience, but it is only the natural outcome of a much deeper relationship. Horses are intelligent, emotionally aware beings with their own language. Those who learn to listen will discover one of the most rewarding partnerships that nature can offer.

I offer my wholehearted endorsement of Kostas Aberiadis, his philosophy, and his vision. I firmly believe that his work deserves international recognition and that the initiative he is developing today will inspire people of all ages to reconnect with nature, develop meaningful relationships with animals, and become active participants in protecting our shared environment.

I warmly invite everyone to discover the work of Kostas Amperiadis. His extraordinary relationship with horses is not merely impressive—it is profoundly inspiring. It reminds us that respect, understanding, and harmony remain the strongest foundations upon which both humanity and nature can thrive together.

The programme will be officially announced in August.
